Blaine got my number from our mutual friends Bahii and Azha. I live in Lehi, Utah and he lives in Carlsbad, California. He called me and then came out to meet me after two weeks. Our first date consisted of going out for Thai food and walking around some gardens near my home. That weekend we also went to a Van Gogh immersive art experience, hiked, ate out, watched a movie, and got a massage. Blaine really wanted to impress me and rented an Alfa Romero. I had never heard or seen one before but I do love everything Italian. =) I was impressed with how well Blaine communicated and how he's very very thoughtful and caring! He is so patient and kind and always looking out for me and our kids! Our dates included meaningful travel and lots of fun moments. Our time together taught us how well we matched. We wanted to take things slow and really know each other well. We fly back and forth almost every 4-7 days between Utah and California and Hawaii. He works at Kapiolani Medical center every few months helping prescribe custom fit wheelchairs to disabled adults and children for a living. We love to ride bikes, hike, go to the beach, cook together, hangout with our kids and family, eat out, workout, and travel! We got married at Laguna Beach in California Feb 14, 2025. We joke that we have a long-distance marriage since his kids live in California and mine live in Utah. We can't wait to someday live in the same state! We hope to someday have a home in California and Hawaii. We cherish each day we have together. The days we are apart are full and we connect well on facetime and text. We really wanted to have a Hawaii wedding celebration with relatives and friends because Hawaii means so so much to us so that's why we're having a second celebration there! The last 2 months of marriage has been heavenly and we are very happy together!
