Our first date on the San Clemente pier was the best start to our story! After a couple weeks of learning more about each other after a miraculous Hinge match, Jonathan asked Blaike if he could take her to dinner to meet in person. We both had a great feeling about our Thursday-night beach date; the weather was warm, and the sun was shining. Jonathan took his time getting ready after work, and Blaike spent the night before in bed with her aunt, mom, and grandma giggling over her handsome date! But all the texting and pre-date jitters could never compare to the chemistry and the joy that would find us when we were finally in front of each other.
