Rehearsal Dinner

Invite only. Valet parking is paid for by the groom's family. Tell valet you are with the Black-Strawn rehearsal dinner. Rehearsal dinner will be at 6:30, please begin arrival at 6:15. Ceremony rehearsal (for wedding party only) will happen around 4:15 pm at Oakleaf Cottage prior to the rehearsal dinner. Hannah will share more details to those included.

Connor & Hannah Wedding

We suggest semi-formal dresses for women. For men we suggest dress shirts and nice slacks, or suits (tie optional).

Please do not arrive before 4 pm EST, the shuttle up the mountain from the parking lot will not start until then. The wedding ceremony begins at 4:30 pm EST, with the reception and dancing to follow. The ceremony and dancing will be outside and bug spray will be available. The reception is inside and guests that prefer to not dance can remain in the reception room. The ceremony and reception space are located directly next to each other - you will be directed to the correct location upon arrival. **If you plan to Lyft or Uber back to your hotel we encourage you to schedule the pick-up in advance since it is a rural area. The couple send-off will happen around 10:30. **

Sunday Morning Meet & Greet

Casual

Meet up with Hannah, Connor, and family the morning after the wedding. This will be a casual event with water and light snacks provided. Coolidge park is located by the coffee shop Stone Cup and other cafes, if interested in purchasing coffee.
