Bacova Beer Company

Bacova Beer Company is a small, family run brewery in Bath County, Virginia. They operate a five-barrel brew house with the purpose of creating small-batch, wonderfully flavorful beers. All their equipment is made of the highest quality, food grade stainless steel and is purposely made to brew beer.

Swimming

ALLEGHENY SPRINGS Our two-acre water park, Allegheny Springs, is fed by the waters from our natural springs. Experience the exhilarating thrills of our two 100-foot water slides* or enjoy a leisurely ride along our 400-foot lazy river. Kids love the water play zone and sandy beach, while the large family pool is ideal for everyone. A cozy whirlpool provides an intimate haven adjacent to the family pool. INDOOR POOL Our magnificent indoor pool was built in 1904 and is fed by the spring waters upon which our resort was founded. Because the water is not free flowing, we add chlorine to the water in the pool. Open 24 Hours a day.

Ziplining

Soar through the air on our zip line experiences. Choose between the Red Tail Racer, a dual zip line from mid-station to the Mountain Lodge, or the Ridge Runner Zip Line Canopy Tour, which encompasses nine zip lines.

The Shooting Club

With a history dating back to 1933, our historic gun club hosted the first-ever U.S. Open Sporting Clays Championship in 1992. Certified N.S.C.A shooting instructors are ready to enhance your experience at the resort by providing guidance along our world famous sporting clays courses. Take an adventure through almost a mile of wooded courses that simulate many types of game birds and rabbits. Best of all, we will outfit you with guns, ammo, targets and vests as well as eye and ear protection for your safety and comfort.

Soak in the soothing mineral waters of The Omni Homestead Resort’s historic Warm Springs Pools. Your session includes 50 minutes of exclusive access to either the Gentlemen’s or Ladies’ Bathhouse, each dating back to the 19th century.

The Spa at The Omni Homestead Resort located in Hot Springs, Virginia is an expansive, state-of-the-art facility for guests to experience wellness activities, decadent spa treatments and unique features, including our year-round, adults-only Serenity Garden. Our Hot Springs spa offers indulgent services such as Swedish and deep tissue massages, classic European facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and salon services.

Fly Fishing

Some of the best Virginia fly fishing is offered on the beautiful private waters of the Cascades Stream. Anglers will experience a renowned trout fishery through some of the area’s most scenic landscape. Catch and release only and fly fishing is preferred. Our Orvis-trained guides are available for fly fishing lessons or guiding services. Two-hour to full-day packages include stream permit, all equipment, and guide service.
