Natural pool refreshed several times daily. Great spot for a dip on a hot Austin day. $9 per person for the main pool. Nearby Zilker Park.

Zeds Real Fruit Ice Cream

The ice cream is great at any location, but this is the OG spot. It's very out of the way, but if you're already in the car... add the stop. In fact - right after we added this recommendation we went and got some :)

Paperboy East

Taqueria De Diez (D/10)

That 10/10 in a back alley of downtown. Don't let the speakeasy bar throw you off - head on through to the door on your right. Tacos await.
