BJI is definitely the easiest for domestic flights and is only a short car ride from downtown Bemidji, however, as it is a regional airport, it may be more expensive to fly into.

Fargo has more flight options (United flies into here!), however, as it is 2 1/2 hours away from Bemidji, this will require you to either rent a car, take the bus, or find a friend who has a car to give you a ride.

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP)
MSP is going to be your cheapest option to travel into (and is constantly rated the best airport in the continental US ;)). Similar to Fargo, this will require you to get to Bemidji by either rental car, bus, or finding a friend who lives nearby to give you a ride as it is a 3 1/2 hour drive
