Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP would be April 6th 2025.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time ?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by APRIL 6, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. This would sadly mean you will not be allowed to show up to our wedding day as there will be no seating, food or drinks accommodated to you.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it ?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “WILL NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, please notify Kaylee as soon as you are aware.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony ?

Answer

Because the ceremony starts at 4:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive, at 3:30pm the earliest, but no later than 4pm, to ensure there are no interruptions during the ceremony.

Question

Are children welcome ?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones however, we have decided to make this an adults-only event, with the exception of a few. If your child's name is listed on the invitation they are welcome to come, if not, we will not be able to accommodate them. We encourage you to use this night as a fun get away night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one ?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear on your invitation as (Your Name) & "Guest” when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding

Question

What happens if I bring someone that isn’t listed on the invitation ?

Answer

In hopes that you all respect our wishes in trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible we ask that you don’t bring someone not listed on your invitation. If it appears so they will be nicely asked to leave the event as we won't be able to accommodate them.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors ?

Answer

BOTH!! Plan and dress accordingly, the schedule will provide further details.

Question

Is there parking at the venue ?

Answer

Yes! there would be parking available, if possible we recommend carpooling as there are only 75 parking spots available on the property :)

Question

What is the dress code ?

Answer

We would love you all to dress up for our special event but, we would of course want you all to be comfortable, so come dressy casual. For the girls this is can be a nice dress or skirt paired with a nice shirt and heels. For the guys this can be slacks paired with button ups or polos. We ask that you don't wear white or sage green. (Disclaimer: the dance floor is of cobblestone material, which can affect the balance of thin heels).

Question

Will there be an open bar or alcohol available ?

Answer

This will be an alcohol free wedding. We ask that you all respect our decision and do not sneak or bring your own alcohol to our special day. If you are seen with alcohol, security will be asking you to leave the property. If you cannot respect our decision and if it’s a big problem for you we ask that you kindly not come to our special day. We will still be providing fun His & Her drinks and a fun night on the dance floor ;)
