We can't wait to have you in NYC with us! We've reserved room blocks at two hotels for our out of town guests - the Nu Hotel Brooklyn and the Aloft New York Brooklyn. Please see below for information about each and choose the one that feels right for you and your budget! We negotiated a discounted rate for our guests, so feel free to take advantage of this if you choose. We recommend reserving your rooms ASAP, as rooms in these blocks are limited!

Hotel

NU Hotel Brooklyn

85 Smith Street, Boerum Hill, NY 11201
 (718) 852-8585

The Nu Hotel is only a four minute walk from our venue. Book using our special block link below to secure discounted pricing (valid until May 28th, 2024).

Hotel

Aloft New York Brooklyn

216 Duffield Street, Downtown Brooklyn, NY 11201
 (718) 256-3833

The Aloft New York Brooklyn is a 9 minute walk from our venue. You can use our custom link below to book. If you'd prefer to call OR are hoping to extend your stay, make sure you mention you are with the Schwartz/Lane Wedding for our negotiated room rates (valid until 5/27/2024).

Flight

Flying In

We recommend flying into either LaGuardia Airport or JFK (Newark is quite a bit farther from the hotels), but do whatever is best for you! From the airport, you can either take an Uber/Lyft/cab back to your hotel or you can check out your public transportation options. We recommend Google Maps or City Mapper to see the best public transit options for you at your arrival time.

Train

Subway

Deity is located on an NYC Landmark stretch of Atlantic Ave in Downtown Brooklyn between Hoyt and Bond Streets. The best way to get to the venue from other parts of the city is by train using the A, C, G, F, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains.

Travel Note

Parking

While we don't recommend driving to the venue, there is street parking available in front of Deity that is free after 7:00PM. There are also five parking garages within three blocks of Deity. The above link will show you all of the options you have for parking and the prices, though in our experience parking in the city isn't worth the hassle, and we recommend sticking with the train or Uber/Lyft/cabs!

Travel Note

Need a Roomie?

Keep in mind that new laws in NYC have made it difficult for Airbnb to operate, so we recommend sticking with hotels or staying with friends/family in the city. However, if you're looking to cut costs and would like to share a hotel room with someone but don't have anyone in mind, feel free to fill out this form and we'll do our best to match you with someone we think would be a good fit!
