Where will the Ceremony be?

Answer

The ceremony will be in Lamoille, Nv. the park is called Lamoille Grove.

Question

What colors are acceptable for guests?

Answer

We would absolutely love for everyone to be in different shades of gray & purple; meaning lavenders, lilacs, dark purples or even plums and for the greys; more silver and light/dark grey tones. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SHOWING UP IN WHITE OR STRAIGHT UP BLACK. We want to have beautiful photos with all different colors and patterns of purple and grey.

Weather conditions?

Answer

We can't really predict the weather that far out but please be prepared, Lamoille & Elko are a bit bipolar with their weather, so bring both warm and cool clothing and maybe even an umbrella due to the wedding being in the fall.

Can I record or photograph the ceremony?

Answer

We would absolutely love that BUT, we will have a Photographer and a designated recorder present and will need all electronics silenced and not up in the way of others enjoying the wedding. You can definitely record and take photos at the reception though!

Can I bring children?

Answer

This was a tricky conversation for Austin and I due to him not having very many children being in his family and my family having many children. We came to the decision as to allow children for the ceremony and reception. We understand how hard it is to find a babysitter for something like this. so if you have children, please bring them! They can dance and eat some good food!

What if my child is in the wedding party?

Answer

If you're one of the lucky ones with your child part of the wedding party, meaning they will be at both the wedding and reception, please make sure they aren't running around, being loud and ruining the experience for everyone else. During speeches and solo dances, please keep them seated and occupied so our photographer can take nice photos and the videographer and can hear/record the speeches without interruptions.

Do I have to bring a gift?

Absolutely not! We have a lot of stuff already so we don't want anything besides your company! Although we do have a Honeymoon fund, You can definitely donate to it to allow us to go on a little trip after our big day! Open bar?

Answer

No. We will not be having an open bar at our reception. Though we would love to party it up, we'd prefer to remember the party! The casino has one bar you can get drinks from with wonderful bartenders AND if you gamble, you can get some free drinks! shhhhh. Other than that, you are allowed to drink at the reception, we're just keeping it a little more controlled during the party!

What kind of food will you have?

Answer

Probably a combination of everything! We have a few vegetarian friends so we will be providing vegetarian safe foods and non-vegetarian options.

Irish Goodbyes!

Answer

This will also be said at the reception, Please do NOT drag us away from our party, If you're planning to leave a little early and you're not immediate family, just leave! No need to take us away from everything just to say goodbye. We do hope you have a great time and stay for as long as you can though! Immediate family is a tad different due to having elderly loved ones and parents there, come tell us goodbye!
