Please note that the shuttle will only run for the Bjorgo Bash, there will be no shuttle service to or from the church. All guests are welcome to ride, even if you’re not staying at the Timberlake! We just ask that everyone plan a safe way to their final destination, should it not be the Timberlake.

Absolutely! While we listed most of the hotels, there are a few others that are not centrally located as well as some Airbnbs in the area. You can also camp at the farm if you’d like, check out the Camping FAQ for more details!
Of course! You’re welcome to bring a camper or tent and stay right at the farm. Please note that there won’t be water or electric hookups, so plan to arrive with a full tank and a generator if needed. If you’re camping, we ask that you arrive prior to Saturday. Great question! The ceremony and dinner will be held at our church, so we kindly ask that guests wear their Sunday best, think of what you’d wear to a nice service or family celebration. The Bjorgo Bash is all about celebrating and having fun. Feel free to change into your comfiest jeans & sweatshirt. We’ll be outdoors enjoying live music, yard games, and, weather permitting, a bonfire. While there will be some covered areas, much of the evening will take place outside, so dress comfortably for the weather and plan to stay awhile!
Great eye for detail! There’s a break between the ceremony and the Bjorgo Bash. Since the church is about 25 minutes from the farm, we wanted to give everyone time to change if they’d like, stop back at the hotel, or catch the shuttle before the celebration kicks off. Feel free to use this time to relax, refresh, and get ready to celebrate with us for the evening!
We’ll enjoy dinner following the ceremony at the church. Later at the Bjorgo Bash, expect plenty of snacks, desserts, and drinks! We will have a fully staffed bar on site as well.
We will have a fully staffed bar on site, and for liability reasons, outside alcohol is not permitted.
Seating will be limited, so we encourage you to bring a favorite lawn chair if you’d like a spot to relax, especially around the fire. Since there’s no formal seated meal, seating will be more casual and first-come, based on what we’re able to wrangle together.
Absolutely! We’ll have a four-stall restroom trailer, plus one handicap-accessible unit, so everyone can celebrate comfortably with us.
We’re hoping for perfect fall weather, but in case of rain, the Bjorgo Bash will still go on! The tent and covered areas will keep everyone dry and cozy.
The Bjorgo Bash will formally conclude at 11:00 PM. Shuttle service to White Oak Inn & Suites will depart the farm at 10:30 PM, and the final shuttle to Timberlake Lodge will leave the farm at 11:00 PM.
