What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated by 4:20pm. Welcome drink will be served prior to ceremony

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free street parking, free valet for guests staying at The Reeds, and non-hotel guests can valet for $15

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from Icona Avalon to The Reeds starting at 3:45p and 4:00pm then available from 9:30p-1am

The ceremony may be held on the patio outside at The Reeds (weather depending). Heaters and fire pits will be available
