What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We request that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail dress or gown, dress pants and a dress shirt, or suit. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding as long as weather permits.

Is there a registry so I can buy a gift?

Answer

Gifts are not necessary so PLEASE do not feel obligated! Again, we understand it is a lot to travel to another state for a wedding. We will be ecstatic to have you there! We have added a honeymoon cash fund to the website for anyone that would like to contribute.

I would love to attend, but the circumstances are not going to work. Will they be upset?

Answer

Of course we would love to have everyone attend, but we understand this can be an expensive trip and everyone has obligations. There is absolutely no pressure and no hard feelings if you are unable to attend!

Is it a good idea to stay in a hotel or an Airbnb?

Answer

A hotel or an airbnb are both great options! Some families/friends have chosen to share one airbnb on Hilton Head Beach which seems like a great idea! Hilton Head Beach is approximately 30-40 min from the wedding venue.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely!

Is the wedding in Hilton Head or Bluffton?

Answer

The wedding will be in Bluffton, South Carolina. However, it is located next to Hilton Head Island so it is fairly easy to travel to the beach/restaurants/shopping in that area!

Are they going to do a bachelor and bachelorette party?

Answer

No. We have chosen not to have formal bachelor/bachelorette parties due to the destination wedding. We have instead chosen to do the golf trip for the gentlemen and beach trip for the ladies while we are already there.

Is this a good area to bring my dogs?

Answer

Hilton Head and Bluffton are extremely dog friendly! However, no animals will be allowed at the wedding or venue so they will have to stay in the hotel during that time.
