Truly Duly I Do

Matthew had moved down to Texas for the summer of 2021 to attend a Texas A&M physics program. He had only applied to this one program and out of hundreds of applicants, was chosen with 8 other students. It was in the midst of the Texas summer both Hannah and Matthew tested out a dating app called Hinge. Hannah had received Matthews notification of a potential match. Not wanting to drive the 45 minutes into town or even get dressed up; Hannah's father Jeff talked her into going to get a free dinner... Seeing that Matthew was from out of town, Hannah thought it would be a fun opportunity to meet someone who wasn't a local. They met outside the Stacks apartments off of University Drive and then traveled in Matthew's 2012 Honda Civic to a small little Korean restaurant. They had both served in the military and having been to Korea, they quickly bonded over bulgogi and kimchi. They immediately clicked and realized how much they had in common. They went to Wolf Pen Creek park for a walk after just so they could keep talking to each other. The date ended with a respectful hug and they parted ways; however, they stayed in touch even when Matthew went back to New Jersey. From there Matthew and Hannah would fly back and forth just to see each other. They fell in love with each other slowly. Matthew was just a man from New Jersey and Hannah a woman from Texas; they fell in love despite all the odds, distance, tribulations, and cultural differences. They even traveled 28 hours in a car and came out more in love than ever. They decided there is only one more thing to do; Marriage! So come celebrate these two to a lifetime of love and happiness!
