FAQs

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there parking on the premise?

Answer

Yes- there is plenty of parking at Windows on the Water, Surfrider Beach Club! For those staying at the Holiday Inn Express, we are working on providing a shuttle.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

Question

Do I need to tell you what I want for dinner?

Answer

Nope, the venue does not require a head count for meals prior to the wedding day!

Question

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! There will be a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is formal. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color, a floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses (or even a nice pantsuit). The wedding party will be wearing light purple. Please note, while we will be getting married on the beach, the chairs will not be in the sand. You will not need to walk in the sand to reach the ceremony- unless you want to!
