While we certainly adore your little ones, our wedding is adults only. You deserve a vacation too!

Question

How do I book my stay at the Sirata?

Answer

We recommend booking asap, as the Hotel is close to being booked solid during this time. We have secured a number of rooms at a discounted rate so be sure to get them before they're gone! To book a discounted room please call the Sirata's Reservations Department at 800-344-5999 (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm EST) extension 1 and speak with one of their on-site representatives. You may need to leave a voicemail initially and will be called back by one of their on-site representatives. Please say you are calling for the Cheripka - Biunno Wedding Room Block in order to receive the group rate and discounted resort fee. Discounted rooms must be booked by April 1, 2022.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Beach Casual, we want everyone to be comfortable yet spiffy! For women a light maxi dress and for men a short sleeved button up and chinos would look great. Please note that the ceremony is outside on the beach so feel free to go barefoot- but be sure to bring your dancing shoes/ flip flops for the reception!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Sunny skies of course! The temps the past two years on May 6th have been 86 degrees and 73 degrees at our ceremony time of 5:30pm. Here's hoping we get temps somewhere in between for 2022!

Is the Coconut Palm Pavilion reception tent air conditioned?

Answer

Yes! While we do have the option to open the sides of the tent to let a cool ocean breeze in, if the weather is too warm we will have the tent closed and the AC flowing.

Where is the reception in relation to the ceremony?

Answer

The reception will be in the Coconut Palm Pavilion which is a large white tent right on the beach behind the ceremony location.

Is there a parking fee?

Answer

For guests staying at the Sirata parking is included. For guest staying off site we will be covering the cost of parking the day of the wedding. Please tell the gate attendant you are attending the Cheripka-Biunno Wedding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Yes! Everyone gets a plus one, this is a destination wedding! No one wants to travel alone!

When is the RSVP deadline? Can I just RSVP online?

Answer

March 15th 2022 You can RSVP by mail or online. If you RSVP'd for our original date, please RSVP again for the new date confirming you can still make it in 2022!

What type of food will be served?

We will be having a buffet dinner and open bar.

Where are you registered?

We are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Will you provide transportation from the airport to the Sirata?

Answer

Unfortunately due to guests arriving at various times, we will not be providing transportation from the airport. There are many car rental agencies available in the airports if you would like to rent a car. Parking is free at the Sirata for Hotel Guests. If you would like to Uber/Lyft to the Sirata it is around $40 one way depending on the time of day- this price fluctuates heavily. There are two local independent drivers that come highly recommended via the St. Pete Beach locals Facebook group. I have not used them personally but they have a lot of positive reviews on the group!
