Dress Code: We would request black tie optional/cocktail attire. We understand that not everyone is able to buy/rent tuxes or formal dresses but would love for people to be able to dress up for a great night! Parking: Parking is available nearby at both the La Crosse Center Parking Ramp and also at the 2nd Street Parking Ramp. Both may require a short walk. There is a drop off area in front of the Cargill Room on Front Street that can be utilized as well, however, this may be busy due to the Rotary Lights. Bar Options: We will have an assortment of Wine and Beer provided, but if you'd like anything else it will be a cash bar. We will also be offering an assortment of mocktails for our guests who don't drink. There is an ATM available on site for a Fee but they do accept credit and debit cards. Transportation: All hotel blocks are within walking distance but Lyft and Uber are both available.

We are limited on seating during the dinner portion of our reception and aren't able to accommodate extra people who have not RSVP'd. Please make sure your RSVP is accurate for you and your family. Children are absolutely included in the invitation and we would love for them to join us! We will have some small activity bags for the ceremony and dinner for children under 8. An invite includes the addressed invitee(s) and their children. If a non-RSVP'd guest would like to join us after dinner for the dance, we expect dancing to begin at 8.
