We have a hotel block reserved at the Hunt Valley Embassy Suites. Click on the link to book a room for Friday and/or Saturday night. If you'd like to add additional nights, call the hotel and press 0 to speak with the front desk. They can add extra nights at the discounted rate.
Shuttle

The venue is in a rural area, and rideshare options are very limited. You are welcome to drive yourself, and the venue has plenty of free parking available. If you'd rather not drive, there will be shuttles to drive guests from the Embassy Suites to Pond View Farm. The shuttles will arrive at the hotel at 2:50 pm and depart by 3:00 pm, so if you would like to take advantage of the shuttle please don't be late!
