Wedding Party

Kacey Nestor

Maid of Honor

Kacey and Sam met at Salem State University through mutual friends their junior year. They bonded at the beach over heartbreak and hard decisions and that was it. That one beach day led to an irreplaceable friendship full of endless Red Sox games, country concerts, trips to Howling Wolf, and more beach days. They have so may memories playing games like Pokemon and Disney Scene It and try to have date nights over queso and sangria as often as they can. Kacey is the kindest and most considerate person and is always ready for an adventure and a good time. She is extremely dependable and knows Sam better than she knows herself.

Alexis Evans

Bridesmaid

Lex and Sam met at SSU through mutual friends their junior year. They got super close when Lex's boyfriend went to the Netherlands and her and Sam bonded over alcohol and fried food (Mad Cows). Their friendship may have grown fast and been unexpected for some but it is everlasting. Lex is always ready for a party even though she would usually rather stay home in her sweats with her guinea pigs. She is the self-designated godmother to Willow and became fast friends with Austin. She wears her heart on her sleeve and isn't afraid to put you in your place. Which is why she is the designated wine thrower if you wear white to the wedding!

Kelly Nocton

Bridesmaid

Kelly and Sam met freshman year at SSU. Sam wasn't quite sure about Kelly at first but Kelly's fun loving personality grew on her quickly. Kelly was Sam's designated plus one for all events until Austin came around. She always got Sam to dance in the rain and never says no to Jell-O shots, especially if they're the ones making them. As Kelly and Sam grew as people, so did their friendship. They love to have puppy play dates and catch up over wine. As Sam's forever plus one, it only makes sense that Kelly's by her side on the best day of her life.

Christina Hillner

Bridesmaid

Christina and Sam met sophomore year at SSU and bonded over being from Dracut and Lowell. They got their first apartment together which led to many blanket forts and shenanigans. They once walked drunk to Bagel World at 5am and took a picture on a school bus on the side of the road, just a normal night for Christina and Sam. Christina is the kind of person to pet and name a stray cat that she sees around. She named him Stanley and he was the honorary pet of Hathorne Crescent. Christina is Sam's go to person when she needs advice and an excellent sounding board.

Jennifer Bisson

Bridesmaid

Jen is Sam's sister-in-law. Sam's brother Mike had them meet one day over shopping and mini golf and Jen has been family ever since. Jen fit into Sam's life so perfectly and so quickly it was like she was always there. Jen is always there to talk to, craft with, and shop with. Jen brings joy to everything she does and everyone she meets. Sam thinks everyone needs a Jen in their life, otherwise life would be a lot less sunny.

Kendra Baril

Bridesmaid

Kendra and Sam met shortly after Sam was born because their moms are BFFS. They were inseparable as kids, with fond memories of slumber parties and trips to VA eating pizza and playing with Polly Pockets. They reconnected as adults and are even closer than they were as kids. Kendra is always down to try new things and can talk about anything. She is always there with a helping hand and Sam couldn't imagine her wedding day without her childhood BFF by her side.

Thomas Duplisea

Best Man

Tommy and Austin met their freshman year of college at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts on the soccer team. During their sophomore year, the bromance was solidified and they haven’t looked back since. Austin moved to Saugus in 2013 to live with Tommy and has become an honorable Duplisea family member ever since. We won’t tell Sam her name might have to be hyphenated Sniezek-Duplisea until after the wedding! Warning: Don’t go to the bar to order drinks while Tommy is up there or you might end up doing something you didn’t sign up for.

Jean Friend

Groomsman

Jean and Austin met in 2010. Jean was Tommy’s best friend in high school, so naturally when Austin and Jean were introduced they hit it off immediately. They are constant cart partners on the golf course, usually found by locating the techno music blaring from the woods where their balls end up far too often. Jean is the life of every party and a joy to be around. Don’t hesitate to ask him for a dance.

Nicholas Mancini

Groomsman

Nick and Austin were introduced by mutual friends at MCLA their sophomore year. Throughout college they became close and eventually ended up continuing their post-college adventures when Nick moved to Boston as well. Ever since then, you can catch them in Boston enjoying a drink at the Black Rose or hiking miles in below zero temps, hunting, just so Nick can drag Austin’s deer out of the woods for him. :)

Gary D'Annunzio

Groomsman

Gary and Austin met at MCLA (I’m sure you’re sensing a theme here) their freshman year through the soccer team. Gary matched Austin’s love for college basketball and sports in general. At any night during the week, you could find them glued to the television with some kind of fast food (usually McDonald’s) in front them regardless of how late it was.

Evan Coe

Groomsman

Evan and Austin met in college at MCLA through the soccer team. Evan, the certified grandpa of the group, because he’s got a couple years on all of us, has been one of the close friends who stuck with their friend group since college. He is an avid golfer, skier and fisherman, which makes it hard to believe that he and Austin have yet to go fishing together once. Austin looks forward to every Evan visit and every trip to see him in New York.

Christopher Duplisea

Groomsman

Chris is Tommy’s younger brother so, by default, was a big part of Austin’s life. Something like an adopted little brother, Chris gave Austin plenty of chances to give pep talks and life advice while they were the “upstairs” tenants at the Duplisea household. Most of their time together is spent in front of their TVs playing Call of Duty until the wee hours of the morning.
