Parking Information

Answer

Flag Hill will have a staff member outside of the venue to direct you to a parking spot when you arrive. You may be directed to park down a hill. Please notify the staff if you need to drop guests off at the top of the hill near the entrance for mobility purposes.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive as early as 2:30pm to settle into the venue space prior to the ceremony, but the suggested time would be 2:45pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 3pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. There's a possibility that the day may be a bit warm, as it's the end of summer, but there will be a chill once the sun sets. The ceremony is outside!

Will kids meals be provided?

Answer

All children under the age of 18 will be provided with a kids menu option. We will reach out prior to the wedding to confirm what meal your child would most prefer!

What's up with the bar?

Answer

We are doing a cash bar! We will be generously tipping our servers and bartenders, but please make remember to make their night special to by tipping a little extra or being extra sweet!

What about music?

Answer

We are happy to share that DJ Nazzy from Nazzy Entertainment will be with us all night to keep the party going! DJ Nazzy has 20+ years of experience hosting local Concord radio shows and mobile DJing. He will be encouraging some suggestions from the crowd, so come ready with your favorite party tune!
