Yes, we have a hotel block listed on the travel tab. Please book 30 days prior to the date to ensure the room block rate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the hotel and venue. There will be one shuttle trip from the hotel to the venue that will depart promptly at 3:00pm. The shuttle will begin departures from the venue at 8:00pm. The subsequent departure times may vary depending on the time it takes for the shuttle to return from the hotel. We estimate the other times will be approximately 9:30pm and 10:30pm. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure everyone gets back safely!

Do we need to stay at the hotel to use the shuttle?

No. Please feel free to utilize the shuttle if that works with your plans.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue. If you drive to the venue but decide to take the shuttle back, please make sure your vehicle is picked up by 11:00am Sunday morning. Please note, cell service is limited at the venue location. We advise to check your GPS and directions before arriving.
