The wedding ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitted) while the reception will be indoors. Both Friday’s welcome party and Sunday’s coffee will be outdoors.
The welcome party will be in the courtyard of the estate, so something smart casual would be perfect and we think it would look great if you wore color! Check out this link for outfit inspiration: https://pin.it/2PAIrdqwh
We love a fancy event, and would love for our guests to dress formal. Tuxes are definitely not expected, but suits are a great fit as are nicer cocktail to full length dresses. Keep in mind that the weather can vary in February—it should be around 75 degrees, but this past year, it snowed! We recommend keeping a close eye on the weather leading up to the weekend. The ceremony is also on grass, so be mindful of shoe selections.
Our ceremony location, La Chureya Estate, is located in a residential neighborhood. To be respectful to the neighbors, they ask that we limit the number of cars parked on the street. If you're able to come by for Friday's welcome drinks or Sunday's farewell coffee, parking on the street will be fine. However, for the wedding day, we ask that guests find their own method of transportation to get to the ceremony site. Once you're there, we will provide transportation from the ceremony to the reception. Once you're ready to head out from the reception, we ask that guests hire a taxi or Uber to make their way safely home.
One of our favorite questions, and we're pumped about the dinner menu. At the ceremony, there will be light drinks, and our cocktail hour will start at 5:00 with an open bar and appetizers. If you have any dietary concerns, there will be an opportunity for you to share this information when you RSVP.

For those who want to help us keep the party going, we'll either hop around bars downtown or head back to La Chureya to hang. Stay tuned!
