Our ceremony will take place indoors in the Amber Grove Barn. The cocktail hour will be in the house and on the patio and surrounding grounds (weather-permitting). Our reception will be held in a climate controlled tent. That said, guests will be outside as they navigate between these spaces, so please dress accordingly.
Amber Grove provides plenty of on-site parking. However, please note that parking will be in a grassy field. When arriving and parking, we ask that you keep a careful eye out for the resident cat, Klaus! He loves to greet wedding guests and will be looking sharp in his wedding day best.
For guests with allergies and dietary restrictions, we want to do our absolute best to accommodate you! Please share details in your RSVP, so we can make appropriate advanced preparations for you.
To allow us to tie up the final details ahead of time, we kindly request that all guests RSVP online using the "RSVP" tab of this website no later than Saturday, November 1, 2025. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event with the exception of our eight nieces and nephews. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home, so you can celebrate with us!
Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. We ask that all guests are in their seats by 3:20 pm. We recommend arriving around 3 pm in order to find parking, use the restroom, and make your way to the Ceremony Barn. It is a short walk from the parking lot and includes two short sets of stairs, so please allow more time, if needed.
We are excited for an opportunity to dress up and celebrate with you! Our dress code is Evening Formal. Gentleman, we recommend a suit and tie in a darker color. Ladies, we recommend a floor-length gown and shoes that are comfortable for short distances on grass and gravel, as there is some uneven terrain throughout the venue property. Please keep in mind that December weather can be unpredictable. We recommend checking the weather ahead of time and bringing layers, as needed.
The names of all invitees' guests will appear on the envelope of your save-the-date and invitation. The "RSVP" tab on this website will also list out all invited guests once you type in your name! In order to include all of the people we love in our celebration, we aren't able to extend a date to every guest. We appreciate your understanding!
