Fall Heritage Days at the Museum of Appalachia

Takes place October 30th and 31st from 9am - 3pm Pumpkin Carving, Crosscut Sawing, Dollmaking, Beekeeping, Pottery, Wagon Rides, Rug Hooking, Basket Making, Bluegrass Music, Sorghum Making, Spinning & Weaving, Chair Caning, Blacksmithing, Broom Making, Spelling Bees + MORE!

This event is by registration only at the Big Ridge State Park Website or Office.

Fall Color Cruise on Norris Lake October 29th - 31st

Each year nature displays a spectacular array of fall colors. Join us as we venture along the shores of Norris Lake via pontoon boat ride and view this beautiful display of nature’s artistry. Each boat ride will last approximately one hour and will depart from the Norris Dam Marina. Park Rangers will narrate your trip with tree identification and park history. Limited to only 10 people. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED $18.00 Person 7+ $12.00 Person 6 & Under Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you plan on bringing children please bring a life jacket for them.
