A shuttle will run twice before the ceremony starts from the Courtyard to the Venue and twice at the end of the reception. It is about a 7-10 minute drive. Each shuttle run can hold 11 people. First Trip leaves the Courtyard at 2:45pm Second Trip leaves the Courtyard at 3:10pm Return Trip 1 will leave once full after the reception ends at 10pm Return Trip 2 will leave once full around 10:30pm
