Things To Do

During your time here in the Grand Canyon State, we hope you’ll take a moment to explore and enjoy the beauty, flavor, and charm that Arizona has to offer. Whether you're into hiking, relaxing, or discovering great local eats, we’ve rounded up a few ideas to help you make the most of your visit.

Arizona Science Center

600 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004
, (602) 716-2000

We went here on our first date. Needless to say, we had good chemistry! Open daily from 10:30am –4:00pm. General Admission for Adults: $22.95. Military and Seniors (62+): $20.95.

Grand Canyon Day Tour

450 Arizona 64, Tusayan, AZ 86023
, (800) 873-3662

We highly recommend a Grand Canyon day tour with Pink Jeep Tours—a trusted and fun way to experience the breathtaking beauty of the canyon without the hassle of planning. Sedona is also a good option.

Phoenix Pizza Festival

1202 North 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004

Don’t miss the 10th Annual Phoenix Pizza Festival at Margaret T. Hance Park on the 15th and 16th. Get a taste from some of the city’s best pizza makers, along with craft beer, cocktails-in-a-can, live music, and lawn games. Tickets sell out fast, so be sure to grab yours early! Entry is $20 per person, food options are not included.

Cholla Trailhead Camelback Mountain

5150 N Invergordon Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85253

A local favorite, Camelback Mountain offers a challenging hike with incredible panoramic views of Phoenix. Perfect for our adventurous guests. We recommend starting early to beat the heat, take extra water, and enjoy one of Arizona’s most iconic outdoor experiences!

State Farm Stadium - NFL Game

1 Cardinals Dr, Glendale, AZ 85305

There’s an NFL game in town during wedding weekend—Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers on Sunday 11/16 at 2:05pm! It’s a fun chance to catch a live game and enjoy the excitement of football in Arizona.

Lyrica's Recommendation

2855 W Ray Rd Ste 4, Chandler, 85224
, (480) 909-4270

Hash Kitchen is a lively, over-the-top spot known for its DJ-spun beats, outrageous dishes, and build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. Perfect for groups looking to start the day with fun vibes and seriously good food. It’s brunch, Arizona-style! *Join the waitlist before you arrive.

Michael's Recommendation

4301 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85034
, (602) 437-1177

Little Miss BBQ is a must-visit for true barbecue lovers. Known for its melt-in-your-mouth brisket, house-made sausages, and Central Texas–style smoked meats, this local favorite often draws a line, but it’s worth the wait.
