We recommend that you look at airbnb and vrbo in Laramie. Hotels have gauged their prices due to a UW home football game, so you might save a few dollars doing this. Laramie is a small town, which has its advantages and disadvantages. We have no real public transportation to speak of. We do have a couple Uber drivers that operate in the area. The bride and groom are both fully vaccinated and boosted and hope you are too! You are welcome to wear a mask but at this time we are not requiring it. We will update this if things change.
