Question

Do I need to fill out any forms before traveling to Aruba?

Answer

Yes, all travelers must fill out an ED card prior to arrival at the airport. You will be required to show proof of completion before checking your bags and boarding. Please go to this website to fill out the form: https://edcardaruba.aw/form

Question

Is there a welcome event?

Answer

We’re so excited to welcome you! Join us for the start of our celebrations with welcome drinks and lite bites. Let’s raise a glass, mingle, and set the tone for an unforgettable time together! Please meet at the Hyatt Hotel on the Events Lawn on August 21, 2025 at 7:30 pm.

Question

What is the dress code for the welcome event?

Answer

Let's toast to love! We encourage everyone to wear vibrant colors to set the tone for a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Men should wear slacks and a dress or polo shirt—shorts are not permitted. Women can wear dresses, skirts, or trousers with a stylish top. Let’s make this a night of elegance and celebration!

Question

What is the dress code for the reception?

Answer

Celebrate with us in style! Women are encouraged to wear formal cocktail dresses or flowy elegant attire suited for an island breeze. Men should wear suits— ties are optional. Breathable fabrics and tropical colors are welcome, but please keep it formal. Let’s embrace the island vibes with sophistication!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the Hyatt to the venue?

Answer

We've got you covered! Two buses will be departing from the Hyatt at 4:30 PM sharp to take guests to the wedding venue. If you are not staying at the Hyatt you may still use these buses. Otherwise, cabs are usually readily available at all hotels.

Question

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Part of the reason we love Aruba is for the beautiful weather and scenic views! The welcome drinks, ceremony, and reception will all be outdoors.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all your little ones, we do ask that our welcome drinks, ceremony, and reception remain adults only.
