Can i book my hotel using Points or on another website like Expedia?

Answer

As part of our negotiations with the Venue, we are required to have all guests book through the wedding block to allow access to all wedding events and perks provided by the Hotel. We understand many guests may have Credit Card points they would like to utilize but we kindly request these points be used for the flight accommodations only. Please ensure hotel accommodations are booked directly through our room block. Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Tanha or Birju.

How do i get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

We have arranged private transportation for all our guests during their stay in Mexico TO and FROM the airport. Please provide Birju and Tanha your Flight itinerary (Tangledwithbirju@gmail.com) so that we can help confirm your transportation.

Can I stay for just 2 nights?

Answer

While most destination wedding guests stay 3-5 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact hello@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you.
