When should I complete the RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible to secure available rooms and the best rates. The earlier you confirm your attendance, the earlier you can plan your logistics (We'd gladly help).

Is there accommodation nearby?

We have a few rooms blocked out, if you still need any accommodations, please reach out to us directly before April 25.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire. Our wedding palette features lilac, sage green, rose gold, and muted teal, no pressure but feel free to join the vibe!

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We have everything we need except more adventures! If you'd like to celebrate with a gift, cash is always warmly welcomed, though your presence truly means the most. Cash or cheque is welcome at reception or e-transfer to fionalee.0625@gmail.com

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Westwood Plateau is a golf course so there is ample free parking space. Overnight parking is allowed.

Are the ceremony and reception going to be held in the same place?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor at the Garden if weather permits while the reception will be indoor on the first floor in the Gallery Room. There is a patio for fresh air.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

For hotel guests, a free shuttle can be arranged, which is a 15-min ride. Otherwise, if you need transportation, let us know and we can help arrange something for you.
