We met briefly during a paint call for a musical on what had to be the hottest day of the year. Jake wasn't in the show, but he volunteered his time to help paint in the sun. He secured major points that day. We chatted and bonded over work, music, and amazing sandwiches. We didn't think we'd meet again until we found ourselves at a workshop for (surprise, surprise) another musical. We never spoke, but gave each other silent approving glares as the other sang. We were cast as leads in that musical, playing star-crossed lovers. Through our experience together, we truly found one another. For several months, we continued to gravitate toward each other until not even the universe itself could keep us apart. We are so thankful for everyone who has supported us, loved us, and been on this journey with us. Forever simply isn't enough time together, but it'll do for now. Much love, The Two Idiots
