Laura and Noah met on the online dating app, Hinge. They chatted for a while until Laura got over her fear of meeting strangers off the internet. At the time she didn’t know it, but it would be the best decision ever made. On January 28, 2024 they had their first date and while they were both nervous they immediately knew after spending that short dinner together, they wanted a second. After their second date, you guessed it! They knew they wanted a third, then fourth and fifth. Conversations were easy and Noah was beyond kind and respectful to Laura. Everything about each other made them want to know more and more. Less than a month later, fast forward to February 23, 2024. They made it official and it was the decision that started it all. Moving on in their history we get to Thursday, April 10, 2025. Noah spoke with Laura’s dad and received his blessing to ask for Laura’s hand in marriage. May 2, 2025, picture the couple up north in the UP at Noah’s family cabin, the beautiful scenery, swaying trees and the sun setting. Noah puts one arm around Laura and gestures out into the field with the other and tells her he can see our future kids running around up here, growing year by year with her by his side. Within a blur of a moment he is down on one knee and asking if she would make him the happiest man in the world and marry him. Through tears of joy you will never guess what she said… YES!
