In keeping with Vietnamese wedding tradition, the groom and his family will arrive at the bride’s home to formally request permission to receive the bride. A traditional tea ceremony will be held to honor our ancestors and elders, symbolizing respect, gratitude, and the joining of our two families.
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Following the ceremony at the bride’s home, the bride will be escorted the groom’s home, where a second tea ceremony will take place to formally welcome her into the groom’s family.
