Welcome Party

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Smart Casual Attire - Please do not wear any jeans or flip flops. Although this is not a formal sit-down dinner, there will be plenty of food and drinks to go around. Feel free to skip making a dinner reservation and stay for the entire party!

**Important** While attending this welcome party, you are a guest of Laura and George Maggay who are members of the Colorado Golf Club. As their guests, it is especially important to respect the club's rules and regulations, which includes but is not limited to the following: No guests are allowed to use the pool during the event, as lifeguards will not be on duty, this is strictly enforced and please be mindful when walking around the pool during the event. No outside alcohol is permitted; we will have an open bar that is fully stocked, so please leave your airplane shooters at the hotel. No smoking; CGC is a non-smoking facility, please plan accordingly and understand that a smoke break will not be possible during the welcome party until you are back to the hotel. Finally, our party is limited to the pool deck alone; guests are not permitted to leave the pool deck for any purpose.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and below the knee dresses.

Please arrive between 4:00 to 4:15 to ensure you are seated in time for the ceremony which will promptly begin at 4:30.
