Where is the wedding?
Answer
Aquila Barn 180 John Creech Rd Moscow Mills, MO 63362 Both the wedding and reception will be held at the same venue. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside and the reception inside.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please aim to be at the venue around 3:45pm for the 4pm ceremony.

Will there be a designated hotel for guests?
Answer
Yes! We have blocks at two hotels in Wentzville, MO off I-70 near the Junction House restaurant. Please keep in mind we try to prioritize rooms for out of town guests as we have folks coming in from all around the country! Click on the 'Travel' tab for more details. Make sure to double check the links and booking codes to ensure you get our group rates.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Yes! We will have a shuttle from the hotels to the venue running throughout the day on Saturday.

Will there be free parking at the venue?

Yes! The Aquila Barn has a free gravel parking lot for guests.

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we love all of your families, we are excited for this to be a great night out for the adults! If you need local childcare, STLsitter.com is a great resource! Katie worked for this organization during college and highly recommends using them so that you can join us and let your hair down.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail / Semi Formal Don't stress about a formal suit or sweeping floor length gown. For the guys, slacks and a button down shirt, with ties being completely up to you, will fit the bill. For the ladies, a nice dress, skirt, or jumpsuit will be perfect.

What will the weather be like in November in Saint Louis?

Hope for the best, prepare for the midwest! While November are typically on the chillier side in Missouri, it is quite possible for it to be warmer than usual. We recommend glancing at STL weather online before heading out just in case!

On the day of the wedding, please feel free to reach out to Katie's parents (Tom and Judy) or Bryce's parents (Brent and Theresa) if you need to relay anything urgent.

Nope, we will be having an open bar.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We do! It can be found under the registry tab. We recognize that many of our guests are coming in from around the country and making accommodations to join us, so please do not feel pressured or obligated to purchase something from the registry. Your presence is your gift and we are so grateful for that!
