When and Where is the Wedding?
Answer
The wedding will be on June 13th, 2026 at the Boathouse at Sunday Park. The address is: 4602 Millridge Parkway Midlothian, Virginia 23112.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
You should arrive between 4:30pm and 5:15pm. You will be allowed through the gate at 5pm. Anyone who arrives after 5:20pm will have to wait to come in until after the wedding ceremony.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony and reception are both at the same place. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor.

Is there parking available?
Answer
The location is a public park, so there is plenty of available parking.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
We are asking for guest to follow a Black Tie/Formal dress code. Examples: Black Tie – Tuxedos for men; floor-length gowns or formal dresses for women. Formal / Black Tie Optional – Dark suits or tuxedos; long dresses or dressy cocktail attire.

What will happen if there is bad weather?
Answer
The wedding will move indoors if necessary, due to weather.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Yes of course children are welcome, but due to budget we can only allow those that are included on invitations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will specify if you have been given a plus one.

How do I RSVP and by When?
Answer
There is a tab to RSVP on the wedding website. Please RSVP by May 23rd, 2026 at the absolute latest.

Will there be a meal?
Answer
Yes, dinner will be provided. A menu will be added to the wedding website at a later date!

Will alcohol be provided?
Answer
We have purchased two drinks per guest over the age of 21, you will be responsible for any additional alcohol you may wish to have.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. We’re fortunate to already have everything we need, so we don’t have a traditional registry. If you’d like to give a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon and the purchase of our first home together. You can find the place to gift under the registry tab on our wedding website.

Where can physical gifts be sent?
Answer
If you rather get a physical gift, they can be sent to our address: 12504 Branner Way Apt. 202 Chester, Virginia 23836.

Are there hotel blocks or recommended places to stay?
Answer
I have added 3 different hotel options, all within 5 miles of the venue. All can be found under the travel tab on our wedding website. DO NOT FORGET TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE!

Is transportation provided from hotels?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation to or from the hotels, but the hotel block will be very close to the venue.
Question
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are asking our guest to be completely unplugged during the ceremony, but will be providing a QR code to a combined photo album where all of our guest can add photos into the same album before and after the ceremony.
