Are there Covid-19 measures in place?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable attending our wedding. Our priority is to keep everyone safe especially our elderly and immune compromised friends and family. If you are not vaccinated we ask that you have a negative test before attending any wedding events. Face coverings will not be required but we welcome anyone to wear one to keep themselves and others safe. Our ceremony and reception will be held outside

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

https://wellspringspa.com/ Wellspring Spa and Woodland Retreat is right outside the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Ranier - when you arrive you will enter our reception area and there will be a short walk through the woods to get the ceremony space. If you are not able to make the walk please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange a ride for you.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will start at 3:00 - please arrive a little early to grab a drink and find a seat!

What should I wear?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable and feel their best - please be mindful that our venue is heavily wooded with some trail walking so be prepared with comfortable shoes. We are hoping for no rain but Washington weather can be unpredictable especially close to the mountain and this will be a fully outdoor event

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

Our RSVP page will be available after our invitations have been sent out. Scan the QR code on your wedding invitation or visit our RSVP page once it is public - please note that you are only able to RSVP for the people who are invited. Your invitation will be addressed to those invited and any plus ones will be noted when you RSVP

Even though we do love your little ones this is an adult only event

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have a limited number of cabins available at the wedding venue that will be first come first served - if you are interested reach out to us as soon as possible. Unfortunately there are no hotel blocks that we can reserve but there are a number of resorts and cabins in Ashford, WA that are a short distance from Wellspring - you can visit our travel page for a more detailed list

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is available but also limited. If possible we would love if you could carpool!
