Georgie and Billy have known each other since third grade. A long time right! Both of them grew up as Marlin Bulldogs and attending St. Joseph's Catholic Church but never really quite found their way to each other. Fast forward to their 10-year high school reunion and let me set the stage for you... Georgie was dressed as Cher from Clueless, for the 80's v. 90's reunion party, and Billy was sitting quietly amongst some of his classmates. Georgie might have gone over and asked him a few times to dance but Billy was content just sitting and enjoying the party. After awhile all of their classmates went outside to take photos and afterwards Georgie sees Billy sitting at a picnic table. Georgie sits down and starts a conversation and they begin catching up on what has been going on in their lives the last 10 years and what they are doing now. Surprise! Surprise! They hit it off quickly. The next weekend they had their very first date where Billy traveled through torrential rain and a tornado to get to Waco! He even had to pull over in a gas station until the rain cleared. Obviously neither of them checks the weather.... Since then they have been on multiple dates and spent most of their weekends together. Now they can't see life without one another!
