The Cabins on Strawberry Hill is a beautiful outdoor wedding venue located in the pine forests of Strawberry, Arizona. Ceremonies take place surrounded by tall trees and open skies, creating a peaceful, natural setting. The reception will be held under a large wooden veranda, with plenty of space to celebrate and enjoy the mountain air. Friday, July 18th We encourage all guests to arrive on Friday and stay in nearby Strawberry or Payson. Join us for casual group activities and hangouts throughout the afternoon and evening — it’s the perfect chance to relax and connect before the big day! Rehearsal will be at 4pm Friday for those involved in the wedding. Saturday, July 19th 4:00 PM — Ceremony under the pines 4:30–5:30 PM — Cocktail hour with special entertainment 6:00 PM — Dinner, followed by dancing and drinks under the stars We can’t wait to celebrate an unforgettable weekend with you! Accommodations The wedding party and immediate family will have accommodations reserved onsite at The Cabins on Strawberry Hill. All other guests are encouraged to stay in nearby Strawberry or Payson.
Our wedding will be held outdoors among the trees, with cocktail hour and dinner under the open sky. We recommend cocktail attire — dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women, and dress pants with a button-down shirt or a suit for men.
We politely ask that if you have children under the age of 5 that will be attending the ceremony, that you reach out to Kayla or Billy directly to discuss accommodations for small children during the ceremony.
