This is where Billy and I met for the first time! Needless to say, we had a blast. This is still one of our favorite places to chill and grab a bite to eat. In fact, if you'd like to join us we'll be having brunch here on Sunday November 5th! And yes, those are 2 donuts sandwiching a beef patty.
If you want to start the party early, check out SweetWater Brewery on Saturday before the ceremony! They are open for tastings on Saturdays from 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
Beer's not your thing? No problem! Check out the World of Coke in downtown Atlanta. The tour covers the history of Coke, including lots of cool memorabilia, and ends with tasting dozens of different Coke products from around the world. And once you're hopped up on caffeine, you'll just love the exit through the gift shop.
If you want to shop somewhere close to the hotel Atlantic Station has you covered. From shopping to dining and even a movie theatre, you'll have a plenty to do here.
This cemetery remains one of the oldest historical plots of land in Atlanta that has roughly 70,000 people interred there. Many famous people of Atlanta are buried in this cemetery, including author of Gone With the Wind Margaret Mitchell. This is a beautiful cemetery and they actually give tours here! Because of its interesting history, I had to put it on the list.
There are even more dining options and cool shops at the Ponce City Market! They also recently opened a rooftop bar that includes a mini putt putt course and other carnival games.
