Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Inn at Pelican Bay - it’s a short walk to the beach and only a 5 minute drive away from the Church and After Party location. The hotel offers our wedding guests a discounted rate of $199 per night. To book, call (239) 597-8777 and mention the Murphy/McNamara wedding.

Question

Will there be transportation provided to guests on wedding day?

Answer

We’re happy to provide transportation for our wedding guests to and from the reception. Shuttles will depart from the Inn at Pelican Bay promptly at 3:30 PM, so please be outside and ready to board by 3:15 PM. Please note: Transportation will not be provided to or from the church for the ceremony. Guests are welcome to drive themselves or use Uber/Lyft. Free parking is available at the church. **If you drive or Uber to the reception, please note that there is a gatehouse to enter the venue. Each guest will need to show their driver’s license to the guard to gain entry. If you don’t have your ID, you won’t be able to pass through—no exceptions. You may also experience a wait if the car line is backed up. If you're taking one of the provided shuttles, no ID will be required. We STRONGLY encourage you to take the shuttles to make things easier. If you have any issues, please contact our wedding planner, Gina, at (862) 485-6310.

Is there parking at the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the Church and Shadow Wood Country Club (reception).

What should I do between the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Check out the 'Things to Do' tab on our website for some of our favorite local spots. We recommend staying near the Inn at Pelican Bay, as buses to the reception will depart from there. Please be outside the hotel no later than 3:20 PM to start loading buses - they will leave promptly at 3:30 PM!

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Please be seated in the Church no later than 12:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. For women, an above-the-knee hem dress (or any length above floor length) is appropriate. For men, a suit or sports jacket and dress shirt with ties.

Can you provide details for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Please join us on Friday evening for a Welcome Party at Bravo Italian Kitchen! Its located across the street from the Inn at Pelican Bay in the Mercato shopping plaza. The party will take place from 7:30-9:30 PM. Address - 9110 Strada Place Naples, FL 34108 Attire – Dressy Casual Women – Dresses, rompers, nice blouses, skirts, etc. Men – Polished button-down shirts or collared polo shirts, khakis or nice slacks, no ties required!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to limited space, our wedding and all related weekend events will be an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be the bride’s nieces and nephew. We truly appreciate you making arrangements so you can celebrate this special weekend with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest" then you are able to bring a plus one. If the invitation only has your name, we are only expecting you!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP via our website as soon as possible but no later than April 1st. Thank you in advance!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Just let one of us know, and we'll take care of it for you.
