Drakes Sonoma Coast

This is the restaurant at The Lodge at Bodega Bay. The food is delicious, and the views from the restaurant are spectacular. We highly recommend this restaurant, however our reception will be catered by Drake's so if you want to explore more options please see the rest of our recommendations below.

Fishetarian Fish Market

Delicious deli style fish sandwiches. We loved the crab salad sandwich. You can walk from The Lodge, but will need to walk on Highway One for a small portion. The rest of the walk is accessible by a dirt trail from The Lodge.

The Tides Wharf & Restaurant

Really cool restaurant and fish market style store. They also have wine and beer for sale at this location. Portions of Alfred Hitchcock's, The Birds, was filmed at this location.

Doran Beach

This beach is a 20 - 25 minute walk from The Lodge. You can rent bikes from the front desk and ride down in about 10 minutes. This beach is known for spotting whales.
