When should I RSVP by?

Question

If I want to stay on the island, how do I confirm my overnight stay?

Answer

If you have told us that you want to stay on the island, we'll be in touch in early May with details on how to pay for your overnight stay. Payment for accommodation is required by the end of May.

What if I'm late & I miss the open causeway?

Answer

You'll have to get a water taxi at a cost of £60. If you are running late, please contact one of the wedding party ASAP in order for them to arrange with the Osea events team.

Is Osea Island open to the public?

Answer

No, it's a private island. We have exclusive access to the island for the weekend, so please explore & enjoy! Osea Island has a rich history - it was a secret naval base during WW1 & also an army base during WW2. It has also been a private rehab retreat, housing the likes of Amy Winehouse. The island currently has an active music studio & has had artists such as the Rolling Stones, The Weeknd, Jessie J &. George Ezra. Last year, Jude Law & Noamie Harris spent a few weeks on the island filming The Third Day. There are free bikes for you to use to explore the 400 acres, a salt water pool, the beach & a fresh water pool for your enjoyment. There's also a football pitch, a maze, donkeys (Salt & Pepper), birdwatching & blackberry picking to keep you occupied during your time here!

Are kids welcome?

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a weekend of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we have chosen to make our special weekend events adults only (except for direct family). We thank you for your understanding and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!
