Welcome
We have reserved hotel blocks and arranged a personalized shuttle service to and from the wedding for your convenience—you’ll find all the details below! Alternatively, there are plenty of great Airbnb or other hotel accommodations in the Kingston, Saugerties, and Woodstock areas. If you only require one night of booking, you can do so directly through the hotel websites (separate from our blocks). Please note that most hotels in the area do not offer early check-in so plan accordingly!

Getting to Saugerties, NY
Saugerties is easily accessible by car and public transportation. For drivers, it’s conveniently located off I-87. Traveling by train? You can book Amtrak to Rhinecliff, NY, which is just a ~20min uber to our venue!

Shuttle schedules are now live! See below for the details… PICK-UP SCHEDULE For those at the listed HOTELS: the times posted below are when the shuttle will be DEPARTING so please ensure you are ready to go and on the bus prior! - Hampton Inn: 2:45 PM - Courtyard: 2:55 PM - Residence Inn: 3:05 PM - Holiday Inn: 2:40 PM and 3:10 PM *For those staying at the Holiday Inn, we will be doing two rounds of pick-ups given larger guest count. You are welcome to take either, but we ask that you please prioritize the earlier one if you are ready to go! For those at AirBnBs that opted into shuttle services: you will have received a personal note with your time and details! For those DRIVING: on-site parking will be available and is free to guests. You are welcome to leave your car overnight and pick up the following day should you decide to shuttle home or take an alternative mode of transport. Uber and Lyft are also an option, though more sparse in the area, so please plan accordingly. RETURN SHUTTLES Shuttles will arrive to the venue ~8 PM and will be doing rounds back to hotels / accommodations as needed throughout the evening. While we would love to have you the whole night, you are welcome to leave whenever you need! Just please let the staff or shuttle drivers know when you are ready to go.
