What time does the ceremony start?

What time are we suggested to arrive?

Guests can start arriving by 4:30pm. Please arrive on time since the ceremony will begin at 5:00pm on the dot.

Indoor or outdoor ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will be outside. Rain or shine.

What time is cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will proceed right after our ceremony, from 5:30-6:30pm

What time does the reception start?

The reception will be from 6:30pm-10:30pm

Can I book a hotel room?

Answer

As of right now we have 7 rooms blocked off at the Minerals Hotel, which is 15 minutes away from our wedding venue. All guests are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible by calling toll free 866-921-0422 prompt #2 (hotel) for reservations.The first night’s room rate and taxes will be collected at time of reservation. Reservations will not be accepted from independent travel agents. All rooms must be reserved by September 3rd 2024 in order to receive the discounted price.

Will there be a shuttle provided?

Answer

There will be a complimentary shuttle for all hotel guests. The shuttle will pick up guests one hour prior to the ceremony and returning at the end of the evening.

Cash gifts are welcomed but not expected.
