FAQs

Question

When should we book our flights?

Answer

Book ASAP! More information on flight departures/arrivals on “Travel” tab. There are apps such as Hopper to keep on eye on flight prices!

Question

What accommodations are you offering for guests?

Answer

Limited rooms are available at Hyatt Regency (our wedding resort). Rates are $359 plus taxes and fees per night. We also have rooms blocked off at the Residence Inn which is directly across the street from our venue. Rates are $249 plus taxes and fees per night. There are multiple other hotels within walking distance if choosing to stay elsewhere. If traveling with a group there is also the option of looking into nearby vacation homes using Airbnb or Vrbo.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony is on the beach so we want you to be comfortable! I guess you can say our wedding falls into the semi-formal category. Ladies, a sundress or cocktail dress is perfect! We ask that gentlemen don’t wear shorts, but feel free to wear a suit or a short/long sleeve button-down and dress pants. Don’t worry about wearing a tie!

Question

If we stay at another hotel can we still use the beach/pool at the Hyatt?

Answer

Unfortunately the pool is just reserved for guests at the hotel. There is the option of purchasing a day pass to the resort to use the pool, hot tub, fitness center and poolside food/drink service. Beach access is public! Feel free to hangout on the beach in front of Hyatt for Florida sun and relaxation! This is where we plan on being Saturday after all wedding events have concluded. Come one, come all!
