April is springtime but we want to keep a rustic vibe. We will be using dusty blue, dusty pink, dusty sage and pastel pink. Matching the color theme is not required but would be appreciated! I have attached a picture in the gallery for reference!
We are asking for western elegance, a clean, classy but still western look. We of course want you to be comfortable, but we want you to remember that it is a wedding so dress like it's a special occasion! If you don't want to go for the western look please wear elegant spring. Jeans are more than welcome but please wear your nicest pair. I’ve attached pictures in the gallery for examples. Please NO Hey dudes, NO tennis shoes, NO ball caps, NO white/Ivory/Beige attire, NO inappropriate attire Please respect these guidelines, it is one day, and I have worked really hard planning and paying for this event, and I really would appreciate it.
We have limited room and lots of loved ones we have invited. If a plus one was not included in your invitation it is because we do not have room to accommodate them. If anything changes with the guest list, we will inform you so please respect our decision. We are doing everything we can to accommodate all our loved ones.
The ceremony will take place outdoors with beautiful scenery and the reception will move us into an indoor with AC.
Please arrive no later than 2:30pm so you have time to find parking and your seats. The parking lot is not too far from the ceremony site, but it is a few minutes' walk. We will stay on a strict schedule and start the ceremony at 3:00pm.
Please let us know if you have any food allergies/restrictions in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will be doing all the catering ourselves so please keep that in mind. You are also more than welcome to bring your own food/drinks, and we have a kitchen we can store it in.
You can come as early as you want the day of the event. If you would like to help out with any last-minute decor or setup it would be more than appreciated as I have said we are doing every single thing ourselves.
We are doing BYOB but with restrictions. The owners do not want a bunch of open alcohol. Please bring your own cooler and please use a koozie or a cup the whole night, keeping it low key. NO GLASS
!NO SMOKING! anywhere, if a cigarette is found or anyone is seen smoking, we will be fined $500, and you bet we will send you that bill. !NO UNDERAGE DRINKING! There are multiple reasons for this, biggest thing being everyone's safety and rules of the venue.
