A second wedding in Costa Rica?! Tell me more!

Answer

We will be hosting a celebration of our love in Costa Rica on November 21, 2026. We will be extending an invitation to everyone for both events. More details will be available on this website after the July 17th wedding. We recommend those traveling internationally to secure flights to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones, but to keep our celebration intimate, we’re keeping the wedding adults-only. The only exceptions are children in the bridal party and a few of our international guests traveling with family. Thank you so much for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire. Think garden party!

Is there parking available near the venue(s)?

Answer

Yes, there is a spacious parking lot at the church for the ceremony, as well as at the reception site. The Morton Arboretum staff can help direct you to the Thornhill Education Center for the reception. At the front entrance, say you are here for the wedding of Kelli Billish and Daniel Vargas.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. All other events will be indoors. There will be air conditioning!

How do I get from airport to hotel/venue?

Answer

We recommend taking Uber (or Lyft) as the easiest and most reliable way to get around. Rideshares are readily available at both arrivals and departures, and the pickup locations are clearly marked at the airport. Once you enter your destination in the app, you’ll see an estimated fare and pickup location. If you plan on staying additional days, we do recommend a car rental.
