Where will the wedding be held?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Lakefront Pavilion at Bay Pointe Inn. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the Lakefront Lawn, with the reception following immediately at the Pavilion, conveniently located nearby.

What is the schedule of events?

4:30 PM – Ceremony (Lakefront Lawn) 5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour (right after the ceremony) 6:00 PM – Reception (immediately following cocktail hour) All events will be held at the Lakefront Pavilion, ensuring a seamless flow from one celebration to the next, all within close proximity.

Can I bring my children?

While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us for a memorable evening without the kids!

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding dress code is semi-formal or formal attire. We want you to feel both stylish and comfortable! Since we’ll be dancing all night, we recommend wearing shoes that are both chic and comfortable for the reception. The ceremony will be held on the Lakefront Lawn, with paved walkways leading to the area. We suggest wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass.

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you during the reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to fully enjoy the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all the special moments, and we’ll be excited to share those beautiful memories with you afterward!

Is there parking at Bay Pointe Inn?
Answer
Yes, there’s plenty of parking available! The main parking lot is located in front of the Inn, with an additional overflow lot across the street. The Woods venue also has its own parking lot, so in total, there are three parking lots on-site. Parking will not be an issue!
