When Do I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

If you're unable to attend, please RVSP "Will Not Attend" as soon as possible. If you have already said you can attend but find that you cannot make it, please let Emma or Bill know. If you'd still like to celebrate with us, check back on our website after the wedding for pictures from the event. We'll miss you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm, please arrive plan to arrive around 4:45 to get a drink and a seat!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The invitations will specifically list the names of any children invited to attend. For those who are invited, we kindly ask that they leave the reception around 8:30 PM. We are considering arranging an on-site babysitter to care for the children after that time. If you're interested in this option, please let us know!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim pants.

Will there be an open bar?

Of course.

What hotel should I stay at?

Answer

We suggest staying at The Landing at Hampton Marina as it is a short walk from the venue. They offer discounted rooms for wedding guests as well. Visit the 'Travel & Hotels' tab for a link to book with the discount! Alternatively, we suggest staying at a hotel near the Hampton Coliseum. We have linked recommended hotels in this area on the 'Travel & Hotels' tab.

Your invite will list whether or not you are able to bring a plus one.

Will the wedding events take place inside or outside?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony inside and reception. The cocktail hour will be outside. Should there be inclement weather, the cocktail hour will be moved inside.
