Where is the welcome party?

The welcome party will be held in the Solarium at The Restoration Hotel in Downtown Asheville (68 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28801), beginning at approximately 8PM.

Where do I park at The Restoration?

Answer

The Restoration Hotel does not have a parking lot, however, if you are arriving at the Welcome Party by car, The Coxe Avenue Parking Garage (52 Coxe Ave) is the nearest parking deck, and adjacent to the hotel's south entrance. Rates are charged by the hour, and max out at $12/day. The Restoration also offers Valet Parking for guests and the general public for $30/vehicle. Spaces for valet are available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is also available on the street throughout the city. be certain to check postings for restrictions and rates, though most are payable through ParkMobile App.

What is the attire for the welcome party?

Answer

Cocktail attire preferred, but what is more important is that you join us! So come as you are.

What is the attire of the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dark suit and tie or tux, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Trolleys will pick up guests beginning at 4 PM from both the Restoration and the Aloft hotel. The last trolley will pick up guests at 4:15 PM. If you are planning to Uber or to drive, please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:45 PM.

There will be an after party beginning at The Draftsman in the Restoration Hotel. The trolly's will bring everyone interested in joining us from the venue to the Draftsman after the reception concludes.
